Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 may place any number of advertisements on these pages. The goods, services and other offers presented in the advertisements must not violate applicable law.

1.1 Prohibited advertisement content
Advertisements must not contain advertising for sites or offers that promote premium-rate services (0190, 0900 or similar) or use them as a means of access (dialers). The following are prohibited:

The Member undertakes to ensure that the advertisements they place do not promote the content mentioned above.

1.2 Rights of use and function
The Member has no claim to the permanent use and continued existence of this service. The Operator provides the offered service voluntarily. The Operator gives no guarantee of reliable data transmission, and the Member has no warranty claim against the Operator.

2. Payment and advertising
Services are provided exclusively against advance payment. Payment is a prerequisite for using the service. Various payment options are available (payment by phone, transfer to a postal account, credit card payment, prepaid cards, cash payment). There is generally no entitlement to a refund of payments made. In the event of technical problems, a decision is made on a case-by-case basis as to whether a refund will be granted. Unused credit paid in by credit card can be reclaimed by the customer at any time. These amounts are transferred to the customer's personal account within 30 days (less discounts).
All prices are exclusive of VAT.

3. Liability
The Member assumes full responsibility for the content of their own advertisements. If the Operator is held liable by third parties for the content of one or more advertisements, the Member shall indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from all third-party claims.

4. Data protection
The Member is aware that the advertisements placed and any personal data they enter themselves are publicly accessible via the Internet. The Member agrees to receive e-mails from other members in response to placed advertisements. Furthermore, the Member accepts the sending of a regular newsletter to the address provided at registration. This can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Transmission of advertisements to further markets – additional publication
The Operator may, at its own discretion, publish the advertisement placed by the Member together with the personal data on further advertising sites. The Member has no claim to the additional publication. The Member agrees to this possibility of additional publication.

6. Severability clause
Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The contracting parties undertake to replace the invalid provisions with provisions that are equivalent in their economic effect.
